Cancellation Policy

A full refund minus a $75 processing fee will be given for written cancellations received by February 22, 2022. Refunds can not be honored after this date and tuition will be applied as full payment for any of our future meetings. If you are unable to attend the conference you registered for and do not notify Continuing Medical Education Institute in writing one week prior to the start date of the conference, your full registration fee will be non-refundable. Occasionally, speakers or topics need to be changed. In the unlikely event that the conference is canceled, CMEI will refund the registration fee in full, but is not responsible for any travel or hotel costs incurred. However, we will not cancel any meeting due to lack of attendance.
