All You Want is Right Here...or Very Near.
If you never leave the 125-acre tropical paradise that is The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club, you won't run out of things to do. With 319 guest rooms and suites, a wealth of recreational amenities, and 34,000 sq. ft. of meeting/function space, this Four Diamond beachfront resort has it all. But if you do decide to venture away, you'll find yourself within minutes of Naples' acclaimed landmarks and sites.

The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club History
The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club has a rich history in the Southwest Florida region. The hotel was originally constructed in the 1880s and was aptly named The Naples Hotel. The hotel was built two blocks east of the Naples fishing pier and 1.5 miles south of what would eventually become the current location for The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. Historically, guests predominately from the Midwest, arrived for the "season" in December and returned home in the spring.

In 1929, Allen Joslin (married to the heir of the Jergens hand lotion fortune) and wife Lois, built the first 18-hole golf course in the area. He obtained the adjacent beachfront property where he built The Beach Club - the first building at the site of what would become The Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club.

In late 1946, Henry B. Watkins, Sr., a 56-year-old retired toy manufacturer from Ohio, bought the original hotel along with The Beach Club with its golf course. Watkins, Sr. then proceeded to create a new beach resort between the golf course and the Gulf of Mexico - the site of the current resort.

Stay At One of the Most Unique Beach Resorts in Florida.
Florida charm and the works of renowned local artists enrich the casual comfort of our Florida beachfront resort. Six beachfront buildings include 319 guest rooms and suites, with tropical dècor, plush soft goods and comfortable furnishings. The scene is complete with views of the resort or the Gulf of Mexico from your patio or balcony.

Your tropical surroundings are centered by modern amenities - two telephones with voice mail and data ports, available wireless high-speed Internet access, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, in-room safe and flat-screen TVs.

Our beautiful one-bedroom suites are spacious and comfortable with a separate living room, dining area and kitchenette. Our suites include all the same amenities as our guest rooms.
